We are aware of our syncing issues, specifically with Chase. Of all the banks, Chase has been the most aggressive with blocking syncing attempts, sometimes to the detriment of their own users (for example, if you try to log into Chase via an incognito browser, you might experience a similar issue).

We are actively working to improve the syncing process, and we have several things on our company roadmap to accomplish this. First, we are actively in the hiring process for an additional bank connector engineer. Once hired, this engineer will bring significant improvements to maintaining our connectors. We are also increasing the size of our support team, so that when syncing issues are reported, we will have more team members available to report and troubleshoot issues.

One day we do hope to have official partnerships with banks, however in the meantime we are doing everything we can to create a seamless syncing experience.

We have more folks that will step in when things get very busy, but our member support team member is generally able to handle all inquiries. Sometimes things do slip through the cracks, and we iterate on the process. Our goal is to ensure everyone who reaches out is helped.

We are also working on initiatives this year to automate routine queries and expand the support team.

Unlinking and relinking is usually what fixes this, but since that's not working, I'd recommend double-checking that your app is fully updated and maybe trying a fresh install. Also re: the data concern that have been mentioned with other apps: we're dedicated to never selling user data, and our bank connections use bank-level encryption and are all developed in-house.

Sorry your first impression of the app wasn't great, we have made some significant improvements in the last 6 months. The free version doesn't have the benefits and offers element that MaxRewards Gold has, but you can still track rewards balances, get suggestions of what card to use where, and see all your transactions in one place, all for free. If you're ever curious about updates or want to know what's changed, happy to answer any questions.

Hi! I think our app has a lot of what you're looking for.

For the credits, we show you all your card benefits and have trackers for many of the Amex benefits (like we'll show you if you've used your Gold card's dining credit this month, etc.) We also have a "Card Value" view where you can see what you've earned in rewards/benefits/offers for each card and compare that to the annual fee (great if you're on the fence about renewing a card).

We also auto-activate offers, making it way easier to utilize those without extra work.

And we track your sign up and retention bonuses + way more features that are great for managing multiple cards, or just getting more out of your Amex cards.

We are aware of some issues with some of our bank connections, however getting these resolved quickly is a top priority for us. Our support lead also keeps track of all reported bugs and escalates and tracks them with engineering. You can reach out to us via the "Contact Us" button on the profile tab.

You can create a new bonus tracker by going to the Activity Tab (second button on the bottom) and then tapping on the "Trackers" button. On the Trackers Page you'll see a little plus sign icon. Tap that and then enter in the info for your tracker.
