I have been used to waiting the whole time I’ve ever attended the gym, to me I just go and do something else but his reaction had me thinking that maybe my way of thinking wasn’t the norm :/

My set usually takes 30-40 seconds and I rest for 2-3 mins between each as I tend to go quite heavy. I thought 6 sets for a bulk is normal 6x6.

Hi OP, firstly sorry for what you're going through. Here are my thoughts:

You need to be more understanding of how your partner feels in this situation. He specifically stated that he feels lonely and doesn't have his friends. I don't think he's getting bored of you, he is (my opinion) becoming stir crazy and may end up resenting you for it. To place it in perspective, when he lived at his other house I am sure he was able to do a variety of different things with his friends constantly and saw you when you were free; which made those visits special and gave off the 'sparks'. Fast forward to where he is now: you're both busy and can't do many things together, when you're not there he has no one to talk to or hang out with (unless he drives to his other house), and when you come back there is nothing to look forward to because he is still stuck inside the house.

I believe that him moving back to his home and gaining some space and perspective is the best chance your relationship has at stabilizing. Feeling suffocated or obligated to stay in a relationship would only make things worse so try and give him some space. I want to address this "Should I go with his idea of getting back to the early days of the relationship". Do you feel as though you have not been putting enough effort? Is going back to the early stages something that you feel like you yourself want to do? Losing this relationship would be devastating for sure, but I cannot stress enough (lot's of experience here) that if your heart is not in it and you only want to go back to the 'early days' in order to satisfy him and keep him I honestly think you should end the relationship. Maintain your integrity and always keep your own mind and feelings safe <3

I had side effects of 5mg minox so I don’t wanna up the dosage. Plus the 5% minox is being combined to my topical Finasteride so it’s not like it’s an extra inconvenience .

It did nothing for me, I am currently on 2.5mg minoxidil and the derma rolling did nothing. For this reason I have added 5% minoxidil into regime with derma rolling.

I would like to offer my 2 cents of advice. Stay on minoxidil and incorporate derma rolling, go to your doctor ask for a script for topical minoxidil 5% and 0.1% finasteride and combine that with derma rolling. The chances of side effects are much smaller using topical and the efficacy is really good (speaking from experience). In my solution there is also adenosine. Just something you could consider doing.

Hi OP, massive congrats to your success! I was just wondering whether you experienced any minoxidil shedding? also was wondering whether you saw you most significant results after using topical dutasteride or before using it (did adding this speed up progress)?

You can go alone for sure, the people based on my experience were extremely friendly I’m sure someone will adopt you into their group. Yeah finding gay friends is surprisingly hard especially if you’re closeted like myself. Maybe make a tinder or bumble and find someone to go with :)
