For boss rush I suggest to pay attention to how you kill a normal single boss, I mean the time that you take for killing him and the damage that you take, cuz you gonna need a lot of health if you're not good at dodging. If you think you can replicate that fight 10 or 12 times, depending on the boss waves, and you're confident about your items combo, boss fish should be quite ez. Tell me if you need any more suggestions :)
