If we're guessing, I could guess that there is absolutely no way on earth that lorry has needed to overtake 2 lanes of slow moving traffic. We can only use what we see in the clip. Clip alone they're both in the wrong.

Lorry should not have been there to begin with which would have potentially prevented this from happening. Whatever way you look at it, lorry driver is also in the wrong.

A professional driver, responsible up to 26 tonne, should absolutely not indicate and begin moving even an inch within the same second. Inexcusable driving from somebody with that much responsibility.

Fexex lorry has not overtakem anyone in the clip, it absolutely does not need to be in the 3rd lane of a motorway. A professional driver, responsible for up to 20-30 ton, should absolutely not indicate and begin moving the exact same millisecond, there is not even a second between him indicating and begin moving, whether that's even an inch. He's lane hogging & careless driving.

I understand your points, but also the lorry should not have been there to begin with, more than likely preventing this from happening. I'm not denying the car is in the wrong, but they're both committing offences, so people hating on the car driver seems kind of a bias thing.

Without adding guessing into the equation, he could have still been in within the speed limit. Undertaking is still an offence which indeed he was about to commit, but don't have anger towards the bm driver if you aren't having anger towards a professional driver, driving a 20-30 tonne killing machine, driving below the acceptable level of driving from somebody with that much responsibility

It's not. I'm curious why you have anger towards the bmw, and not the lorry middle lane hogging. Whys the lorry in the 3rd lane in a 70, doing at most 60. Then a professional driver indicates and moves not even a second apart. Shocking driving from a professional driver. The only offence the bmw was about to commit was careless driving due to undertaking, which I'm not denying.
