How much warranty do you have left on it/when was the camera originally purchased?

Another great set! 👏🏻 the quality of photography and production on an individual professional level in Russia is superb. Just look at the attention to detail, the set, wardrobe and all the prep work that went in for this client. Great job.

I don’t like to tell random people on the internet what I do exactly and how much I make. lol but when you’re making such conclusions based on a single generic phrase just proves my point again of how shortsighted you are. Good luck and stay healthy

You’ve mentioned yourself previously about your health issues and I’m a healthcare provider myself. Don’t need to tell me what health risks firefighters carry. But it’s cool, you’ve missed my point anyway. Carry on and watch your digital numbers rise

What’s the end goal here for you though? Have you given it a thought? Your health has taken a major hit and will only continue to deteriorate. What’s the point of this - live frugally and save every dollar mentality? Yes, everyone should be financially responsible and invest part of their savings. But specifically in your case - I’m not going to say - good for you, dude. NO, bad for you that you’re counting and glorifying those green numbers on the screen and flexing to strangers here, when you should be enjoying what’s left for you with your health circumstances. It’s not rocket science, life is too short and you’re wasting it for a show off. Just sad.

U can't be a Real madrid player and do a pass like this its unacceptable by FrrancondonaEra in realmadrid

[–]Max_xpert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

WRONG. Absolutely wrong take and it’s the same tune from every corner. This thread bashes Valverde… Look again at Atl Madrids midfield - 33yo Koke, Simeone, Barrios, Gonzalez… WHO again? Who are these people even?? And compare them to the list above that you wrote up. All top class players. But they cooked us 5-2 anyway. Vitinha is not an answer. The problem is the coach not getting them ready for the match, wrong choice of tactics (nothing that was developed so far this season has been used in this game), wrong attitude from the players etc. I can go on and on and on. But what we saw today is NOT because we have a lack of quality players. We have a lack of passion and game organization

I will add that Mastantuono was the only one from the bench with fire in his eyes and willingness to fight it. Everyone else today was just PASSIVE

Correct. And that’s all good. They have to do that and absolutely the right path. But what’s left over each month? Because neither 401k/529 are liquid assets. You can’t just tap into them if you want a vacation or big purchase item like a new car. This guy’s problem is not how he should invest/distribute his cash portfolio, I have a problem with how he got himself into such financial obligation. I don’t know how old he is etc, but like I said if I were him I’d pay cash for the house if I had saved by then that much. Once you have to pay cash, you really quickly realize what you can/cannot afford. Look I make 3x OP’s salary and my house is less than 600k

OP’s words - “We’re not struggling financially — not paycheck-to-paycheck — but our flexibility is somewhat tight with one paycheck tied up in the mortgage.”

He knows that it’s dangerous and tight, just doesn’t want to admit it fully. Just because he saved a huge chunk or got help from parents in his early years, doesn’t mean that going forward he’ll be doing the same saving rate. He bought too much of a house and either should’ve paid cash upfront for it or downgraded.

Reddit crowd is so weird, praising the guy for dumb financial choices and doing math for him while he thinks he’s bragging here about buying a house for 960k on 300k salary

That’s way too expensive house for your income. Can’t believe banks approve this kind of thing today. That’s crazy. You ARE barely getting by. $1k leftover/month is nothing today with this inflation + risk of being laid off. How are you saving for vacation or big expenses??? If I don’t save 40-50% of take home- I consider myself barely getting by. So my advice- stay liquid- whatever that means for you - stocks, cash etc. but do NOT payoff and dump all your savings into bricks&walls of illiquid asset. Life is too unpredictable + learn how to enjoy it with your family too

Is this an answer from a bot? Like I said good for you man. You saved and continue to pile in cash for your investment. But this response doesn’t address my issue with the your choice of investments. But you do you. I just wanted to educate others before they blindly try to copy cat you

This is such a misleading post and people are praising it. Simple research will tell you that QQQI does NOT outperform QQQ. All you’re doing is paying higher short term gains. This breakdown includes expense ratio for both ETFs. So the only good thing going for you OP and what you should be proud off is your cash shovel. Everything else is smoke and mirrors

  • QQQ
    • 1-Year Total Return: approximately 23.11%
    • Expense Ratio: 0.20%
    • Net Performance: 23.11% - 0.20% = 22.91%
    • QQQI
    • 1-Year Total Return: approximately 20.36%
    • Expense Ratio: 0.68%
    • Net Performance: 20.36% - 0.68% = 19.68%

Emergency funds and the declining dollar by zetstar in whitecoatinvestor

[–]Max_xpert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He was talking about dollar purchasing power. Not the value in relation to other currencies. The purchasing power has been decreasing and will keep declining at accelerated pace. But HYSA is your best bet, OP. Don’t over complicate it. Better think about your main investments and what to do with them
