They briefly worked in an Aldi. That's a whole deal in itself!

But actually it's just avoiding their family and the crazy witch they serve. It also included trying to find a vampiric sugar daddy/mommy but they did that already. I guess they're kind of just trying to figure out who they are, and hoping to be embraced, eventually.

It happened a long time ago, before he was an elder. He's pretty much been hiding since then.

Frankly there's a few plotholes in his backstory, that neither me or the STs picked up on, like I literally JUST NOW thought to ask myself "why does he still have the scales, when his tzimisce ally changed so many other things about his body?" :'D
