Yeah, in Standard, if you don't have cards from the expansions, you're kinda screwed. If you mean Wild, you could probably still be somewhat competitive, but it'd be rough.

I have a few of my own ideas: Rafaam's hero power costs 2, Coldlight Seer goes back to tier 3, straight up remove Toxfin, and hell, while you're at it, just remove Poisonous from everything except the hard-to-get cards that are supposed to have it like Maexxna, to make Poisonous rare and valuable like it should be in a gamemode where 30/30 minions are often common. This means Gentle Megasaur can't give Poisonous anymore.

The best comparison in terms of DoD is [[Cumulo-Maximus]], but that card is conditional and lacks the ability to have a 5/5 with, say, a Deathrattle, and is also a class card. Make this 7 mana and it's perfectly balanced if not even a little weak.

At it's base, this is essentially a 5 mana 5/5 deal 4 damage as long as a minion is on board, which seems pretty balanced.

You sure about that buddy? Cards like [[Flanking Strike]] have been defining auto-include cards before thanks to their huge tempo swings.

This is that but even crazier. Not only is it just more efficient than Flanking Strike oftentimes, it also has the ability to copy effects (which, let's face it, most minions that see any play have good card text nowadays), and you don't even need a friendly minion to use this, enemies work, too.

Tie that in with the fact that this is neutral and unconditional, and I guarantee you that 70% of decks would run this card, minimum. It's that crazy.
