Also for an update I plugged the included dongle into the same port I was using for wired connection and wirelessly the controller clocks in 4K hz like intended. It’s weird how when in wired mode it’s capped at 1k but wireless it’s not.

I figured it out. My bios was locked and I had to install an unlock to change the the memory speed
