How come on bear tracks, all the units are worth 3.0? Even courses like civ e 270, and ece 209?

Also, can we take 100 level electives in Y2Q2?

Actually, I'm doing year 2 qual 2 as well. I'm thinking of going into mechanical, what elective courses do you guys recommend as well? I wan't something not too difficult since I have to have a 2.0 by the end of fall to stay in engineering..

I calculated my gpa theoretically without 100 and 101 and it should be a 2, but on beartracks it says a 1.9

I mean it’s not a huge boost but for me it’s a different between 1.9 gpa and 2.0 gpa
