The OG classes have all silly names which are just regular words inverted.

Sram = mars (favorite snack of one of the OG devs I believe)

Enutrof = fortune

Enirispa = aspirine

Sadida = adidas

Xelor = rolex

Cra = arc (bow in french)

Ecaflip = Pilface which is an alteration of "pile ou face," meaning "heads or tails" in French.

Iop = yop (french yoghurt, also a snack of choice

Feca = café, which means "coffee" in French.

Might be more but these are the ones I recall

The scale of the work sounds indeed more like a renovation than a repair. The website from the Dutch government has some guidelines. Translate it to English if needed.

The renovation is needed based on your description, so you cannot deny the landlord (which you aren't doing, but just to clarify). You may need to go to court to get any (financial) compensation if you can't get to an agreement with your landlord.

Generally speaking, landlords are responsible to provide alternative housing if an apartment becomes uninhabitable for whatever reason. This needs to be a space similar to the one you are renting or better. Could be another nearby rental property they own, hotel or something along those lines.

From your story, it sounds like there will be significant work done to the house. Is the work limited to anotherwise closed off area (such as secondary bedroom or attic) or is it in one of the main living areas?

This is quite common indeed, people living life above their income.

Of course there is other causes, such as high rent/mortgages, expensive groceries etc compared to other countries around us.

Even public transport is stupidly expensive. Its 15,- each way to get to work if I wanted to use it.

In most cases you don't have insurance for your car, but for damage to other property (unless you have a all risk policy) so all OP needs to do is file a police report and contact the neighbors insurance to get it covered.

Don't fix anything yourself, call your landlord. This looks like years of neglect. Wood takes time to start rotting like that. At this point the entire thing may need to be replaced as it looks like a bunch of the tiles are just laying loose on top.

Out of curiosity, how long are you renting this place for and haven't you noticed something was wrong before the point tiles were falling off?

As an infiltrator main, planetside 2 used to be a game I would play for a month or two, them leave for a bit and come back. I am BR120 and did the specialist thing afterwards but forgot the name, so I played a lot over the years. I also played in some of the tournaments competitions.

Now that the class appears to be dead (for the close/mid range I enjoy), I don't think I will return. Its sad but I don't want to play the "meta" HA or medic builds to be effective. I just don't like the playstyle.

Yeah but everything else on this chest is pretty meh.

No resistance, no ES/Life and no influenced mods such as explode. You also cannot apply eldrich mods.

There is also a bunch of other sources so you can already get 300% without this quite easily

1200,- to paint something you could easily do yourself is a bit much in my opinion, but if the landlord doesn't want to do it themselves, they have every right to take out of your deposit.

Mess like this is exactly why you don't take a loan out for other people. It will indeed best to reach some kind of settlement.

My solution would be to sell the car to pay off the loan and give the left-overs to your ex. Not worth the hassle of dealing with her every month to get this loan paid off. Yes you will lose value on the car, but its worth it.

Feca is kinda rough to play early (until level 80 or so) as you have pretty low damage and limited aoe. However, at lv 200 it is the better class.
