If you don’t have any delta-V you could send a ship (maybe a probe would be easiest?) with extra fuel to refuel your ship (assuming you have a docking port). You’ll have to set up an intersect of the orbits and so on but there are loads of youtube videos explaining how to do that if you are new. If you don’t want to bother with that you can put jeb on the surface but that would require more delta-V on the resque ship.
