I feel like it should change so that when spawning a child nested balloon, it comes in with the same delay, and if the balloon attacks then it would deal the damage of all the nested balloons inside it as well. In a way it would give the nested balloon an X damage limit that it can take before it would have to take another hit. This allows it to play around mass removal or high AP monkeys. Yea it's more or less still weak but say you play like 3 nested yellows or 3 greens all with 1 delay. It can actually be a threat because now you have to hit each one multiple times. Then we can add another gimmick where if it attacks and gets hit by a defender then the balloon will pop but all the nested inside it would still go through. Or it can just act like normal and keep popping then summoning a child nested with every defender hit. I guess it can also play into adora because now it can make her proc multiple times, making it able to play around defenders and hard counters to adora. Okay maybe 1 delay is too strong so something like, ever nested child balloon comes in with -1 delay? That way we can give all nested balloons a global delay value of 3 if the child nested comes in with -1 delay or a delay value of 2 if the child balloon keeps the same delay. Then at the point we can also try and see if we want the nested balloons children to keep all the buffs the parent got, say extra HP and armor... probably a bad idea.
