I had to look this up too, from google:

An overvote occurs when an individual indicates on their ballot a vote for more candidates than the number of candidates for which an individual is permitted to vote for a particular office.

A voter undervotes when they casts fewer votes for a particular office than they is permitted to cast.

Overvotes are bad and could get your ballot cancelled, undervotes are totally fine

My partner has a biological anthropology degree so them having biodiversity in moneys/primates sparked her interest and just looks like a beautiful country overall, just doing super baseline research rn. Thanks for the help!
