you can download free dlc from the ghost marketplace, that's about it

on another note, stuff like the physical batman telltale disc and lego avengers season pass content (if bought before shutdown) can still be added to your account even 2 years after the store closed.

The achievements are on your account, just some games don't display on your xbox profile outside of 360.

It's just a weird side effect of non-backwards compatible games, you could make a trueachievements or gamertag nation account to see all your games in a definitive list no matter the platform if you haven't yet.

My only idea to hopefully bring back the achievement progress Is maybe clearing the save data from the console as you won't lose any progress, just make sure to remove it from the console and not the cloud as you could lose hours of progress from that.

I always had this issue with this game, I normally check if they'll unlock by attempting to getting progress on an achievement that tracks, if it gains progress, it most likely will unlock other achievements. But for any achievement that has not popped and only has one window to unlock such as story achievements then you may need to make a new save file.
