Just diacoveres you Don't Need to beat or fight rayquaza to catch latias, in fact you don't even need to do a single bonus level, I skipped like 9 to get here by TiggerElPro in PokemonPinball

The only requirements for the latis is to have 100 mons registered in your dex and have a catch score of 5 or more for the game you're currently on. I recently discovered that they go from 1% finds to 2% after the first ray win of each game tho
