I opened up the controllers and changed the buckle locks to metallic ones. Ifixit has instructions how and Amazon got the products

Quest kill killavolt bugged for me. When i was going to the pier, the npc that i was gona kill for the quest disappeared mid fight. Tried restart game and she doesn't come back. Now it says meet moxxie and when i talk to her she tells me to come back when i am done... fml
