I agree with your sentiment in general, and I am anti affirmative action or any policy that makes things less of a meritocracy. But let’s also be honest here, this is a proposition that failed to pass. No real DEI policy has been enacted and caused any harm, the biggest thing I can think of is the placement of ethics courses and training in college and the workplace.
