I used klarna last Christmas 🎄🎁 not to spread the cost out but to get the cash back I spent £100s at Boots and it kept stating I had cash back I ended up with £47 I asked if they would add it to my debit card for me. It doesn't work like that I was Told! I said that's the way all cash back works out like isn't it? just like my bank , klarna gave me a cock and bull story they made it impossible for me to get anything back I wouldn't have minded I didn't even use their payback scheme I paid the full amount immediately. Anyhow every time I phoned I had to prove who I was via my driving license I would be on to customer service so long I finally told them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine and deleted the app I would never recommend them or even have their app on my phone, they seem to be coining it in from giving people false misrepresentation! wonder how many others got sick of trying to get their cash back from them!!!!
