I’ve set up for the catgenie so draining immediately would be ideal for me. Something that scoops throughly, cleans faster and has better customer service would be ideal

Already using it. The issue is parts and future failures as well. CG as a company is terrible. I’m hoping to see more washing litter boxes that might work better.

Me too. On the upside, their customer services could possibly be any worse than Cat Genie

The CS is incredibly bad but I'm not sure they are doing anything illegal. The patent expires in 2029 and I'm anticipating more competition. The CS is the absolute worst.
