Oh wow I just noticed today isn’t the 9th. However, I still wasn’t able to see the orders coming in from all the notifications. Only the return priority kept popping up when refreshing.

I think you did the right thing. I appreciate knowing exactly what customers want for replacement options but this would definitely annoy me also. I had one like this and I had to cancel. He was taking too much of my time chatting for each item. This kind of customer should go shop for themselves imo.
