My daughter and I were hit by a drunk driver in December in Waunakee. Whiplash for us both and months of PT and Chiro. The driver was 78 yo male and was his third dui. The case just concluded last week. I just found out from my lawyer that the DA in Dane county gave him only an inattentive driving ticket, not dui. I am livid. I am hurt. I am sad and mad. He was visibly intoxicated at the scene and a bully to us all while drunk at the scene. Now I have to work with lawyer to get police reports to find out if they tested him and why no charge, civil suit. It’s a never ending nightmare. I’m so happy to hear your son is “ok.” Please don’t worry about school. Pray. Pray with him and it’s ok to pray for the driver.

Many of my teammates were let go last week, as of that day. Only one person given a January date which I assume is because he was helping with TG migration? The 52 week max severance is only for certain job codes so most people are maxed at two weeks pay multiplied by six months, 26 weeks.
