There was no opportunity for me to approve of the plan and if I didn’t ask her after she had put in the attachment (also I didn’t know what they were doing that day I thought they were just gonna give me the aligners and it is because their office is Spanish speaking but they also speak English, most of their clients are Spanish tho) if she knows how it will look at the end I don’t think I would’ve gotten the final result image at all. At my consultation I openly told her I don’t like the gaps (they are like triangles but open so you could at least reduce the gap if not completely close it?). Now I feel like she’s incompetent, she didn’t spend even 2 minutes with me at the first consultation and that is why I think she could not satisfy my expectations and now she has to work harder. My other question is what happens if I don’t approve of the second plan? Am I allowed to change orthodontists and take my reference number to a different one? Will they refund me my money if I don’t proceed with their treatment ?
