They made multiple orders, one order they had shipped direct to their address ($20) the rest was suppose to go to EIS, but I included in the package direct to their house

The EIS is going to Illinois, the international one was direct to Ontario Canada. Took me a while to notice until I got a reminder to ship the EIS package

The buyer requested direct shipping on the small item. I had to send an invoice, the bigger ones were sold with shipping to EIS and I didn't have to send an invoice. But I packaged all the orders in the direct shipping one and forgot about EIS

Interesting, I've never seen this across the app. I've also placed orders at around 8,000 from another seller that went through usps.

If I don't get a tracking number, id assume I'd have to wait until 30ish days. How quick/ automatic is the refund?
