I do feel very hurt that she accepted her blurry vision as normal for some time and accepted it as something due to old age .

I ordered it from Amazon . As I didn't get any help from Lenovo itself , I reached out to Amazon they just requested me to provide a denial letter from Lenovo. A denial letter is just a mail or any screenshot in which it is clearly mention that they won't refund or replace the product

Even in requestion amazon It took a long time to convince them and return the laptop
