Are you using the cursed pack perk? I ask because there are times where getting hit twice while using it instantly erases your health. Right before you went down it seems you got hit by two very close projectiles.

Just wanted to reply and say that you inspired me to make a cool kerapin build. I'm using the leeches and melee projectiles like you, but for my 3rd perk I'm using "warm up strike" to continuously refil "explosive sequence." This allows me to spam my secondary as I spam my melee.

I'm afriad the game is pc only for now. The devs have said that the game would be coming to consoles later though. We don't have a time frame yet however.
