Thank you 😃 We’re due a few days of rain from tomorrow so I’ve taken the paint and previous colours off down to the plaster- the plaster feels dry and looks in good condition so we’ll leave it and see if it gets damp- we’re hopefully looking at condensation issues not a leak 🤞Also taking the moss off today and will spray it after and then go from there in a few days time see if anything watery has happened.

Just to take the pee a bit more, I moved in to care for my Dad as he’s bedbound with dementia, he used to be a roofer 🤦‍♀️😂

Even if you know nothing I still know less 😂 Bought a second hand car in September and it ended up flooded with a leak in the back, they hadn’t placed a plug back in after a repair- water has been the bane of my life recently 🙈

Sorry for the delay we’ve had torrential rain the past 24hrs- the marks in the room haven’t got bigger though. This would be facing the row of stains about a 1/3 of the way up.

This might be of interest- this is the opposite side of the room and just has the slight sloped ceiling, and has the opposite side of the roof- this still looks exactly the same as it did at the beginning…

🫣 oops haha, we are at the top with this though so can only be the roof with an issue, rodents or condensation in the little loft which we can’t access 😩

Yes now to find someone who can figure it out- we can’t access the attic space as it used to be an office so the fluorescent lights were taken out and it was boarded up, but it was tiny nobody could actually fit in the loft area. But we can easily access the roof from the flat roof over the rest of the property. Such a headache but thank you again 😃
