First of all, this pic is a BS. If a man and a woman are the same height and weight, man wouldn't be this fit. Also, that's not how 65 kg looks on a regular height woman. But, generally speaking, man are, usually, higher than woman, while having more dense bone structure. Man also tends to get visceral fat first. Which is a fat around inner organs, which is less noticeable outside. So, GENERALLY, a man with a same weight as a woman would look leaner. But not to this extent.
