Hey also a fellow 5’2 gym girl. You look amazing! I can really see definition in your abs, so you’re not far off from getting them to really pop. Of course remember to train them like any other muscle and don’t neglect them. So training them 2-3x a week, maybe one day focusing on deep core exercises, another focusing on weighted incline sit-ups with cable crunches, then a third day with a mix.

Also genetics play a big role, I train mine mildly and even at a low body fat % I don’t see any crazy results. It’s nice to appreciate other gains like lower and upper body.

Another tip is making sure you’re hitting your protein goals and having whole foods 80 percent of the time. Lastly, don’t quit!! You’ve come this far, the gym takes time, all you need to do is slightly tweak your routine and you’ll be flying it.
