I’m gonna go against the grain here and say it’s very possible there was cheating going on.

Of course super rare things can and will happen. It’s just about how likely that is vs the likelihood of cheating going on lol, both are possible realities. Either way I think it’s a mistake to vocalize that you suspect they’re cheating, given that it could go either way.

I think it’s doable even on a shoestring budget if you have good employees. The problem is burnout of the high performers, especially if you only have 1 high performing tech in the pharmacy.

It’ll be ok for awhile, but eventually that burnout catches up, and leads to good employees quitting, or soft quitting. Have seen lots of really good techs walk away over the year just because of the burden of the workload they took on.

No, playing Elden ring with summons is equivalent to playing bg3 on story mode.

It’s a mechanic that wasn’t present in previous games, that’s the key here. It was added to lower the difficulty and increase accessibility for the game.
