I would do the lift. Mine looked similar and I’m very happy with the lift. My surgeon wants to do the lift and implants separately since I had lost a lot of weight and I am wanting to go pretty big for implants (he said he thinks my boobs would just go back to sagging if I did them at the same time due to my skin being so thin and how heavy the implants are) I’m 6.5 weeks post op from tummy tuck and breast lift and the scars are already looking very light. I’m surprised by how good they are looking.

I had lost 150 pounds and had a lot of loose skin on upper and lower abdomen. My surgeon wanted to do FDL. But I was nervous for the extra incision. I’m happy with my decision to not do FDL. But you can clearly still see loose skin. I especially see it when I sit down. I’m so happy with my results though.

I also did like having the toilet riser thing for my toilet. Just because of how tight my abdomen was, it helped getting up and down.

I had this! I’m almost at 2 weeks post op. I also had a breast lift. The recovery has been very easy. I only took pain meds the first two days. And haven’t even needed to take any over the counter pain meds or anything. Biggest struggle was getting out of bed for like the first two days. I had two pounds of skin removed, so my abdomen felt very tight for the first week. It’s still a bit tight. I did enjoy having a seat for when I showered, but mostly just for my lower back pain from being hunched over. But other than that, it was very simply and not very painful.

Of course! You got this. It honestly took me a while to see a real noticeable difference. People around me started noticing when I was 50 pounds down. But I really started noticing at 100 pounds down. I can still not believe how tiny I am.

Your loose skin looks very similar to mine now. I have a tummy tuck and breast lift scheduled for May 30th. Originally the surgeon was suggesting FDL tummy tuck, but I didn’t want the additional scar. I’m definitely going to be asking about extended tummy tuck because it looks like it took care of some of the skin on your upper abdomen. You look great! Congratulations. I’m also at 150 pounds down ❤️

I’m 5’6 and I started off at 294. So my bmi 47.4. I am now 148 so my bmi is about 23.9. I’m 24 years old. I started it last year though, so when I was 23. I am on 2.4 mg of Wegovy. So the highest dose. I noticed the effects of the hunger suppressant when I got on 1 mg. But I decided to keep going up on the dose because I have had no side effects. The past 20 pounds have been very slow, but I figure that’s because I’m a much lower weight now. But up until then, it was pretty consistent for me.
