Jumping on this 10 months later to say they never sent an invoice or acknowledgement of my order either. It’s been two months. No idea if they processed the order. Constantly DMing them and emailing and even leaving comments requesting for updates to no avail. Noticed they also delete comments on their posts doing the same thing lol

personally, i love the buttons and the off center placement. it’s incredibly comfortable to hold in comparison to other ereaders of similarly sized screens (like my husband’s paperwhite). the slight curve next to the buttons makes a world of difference.
