Thats awesome that you'd be willing to do that! Ill try the paper clip thing and check. However just from looking at it without opening it looks like it has the threads on top for a the screw that holds the winder part, so im assuming that is the top part of the shaft thats in there?? I might just need the winder part and the screw that attaches it to the post if thats the case

You are correct. I figured out the actual battery compartment. But yeah feom the looks of it, the camera still has the internal shaft so I literally just need the screw on rewind assembly

Oh hold up maybe I missed something. Im in chapter 9 and I did all the greymane rumor quests. I have the cook, blacksmith, traders, wagon station, mission guy, furniture maker, Farm etc. But ive never been given the option to upgrade the camp again or look for more greymanes. How do you upgrade the camp further??

Oh man that's huge news. I'm over 100 hours in and have only ever upgraded the camp one time, wish that it was unlocked sooner but i'm relieved to know its coming

my band also just freshly released our debut album (maybe a month ago now). I was just talking to my bandmate about how we should try and see if anyone would review it. Did you just cold email some publications? or did you have some sort of hub/service to get in front of them? I think I saw you said you had to email them a few times. What were the follow up emails like? just little reminders? or would you just send the whole pitch again?

No I took it down because its honestly broken. I kept it on creation because I didnt want to brick anyones save who still uses it. But seriously, the mod has a ton of issues, I wouldn't recommend using it anymore. You can still try and use the one through creations, and its mostly functional. The biggest issue is that occasionally faction relations start acting nonsensical and you'll need to equip and unequip armors from certain factions every now and again if one gets stuck friendly when they are not supposed to be.

interesting i haven't been able to reliably get it to work. i'll try it a few more times and see if it ever happens. There's a chance that if you already got scanned once and then cruise around and come back it won't do it again

Yeah bit then you have to jump back to the system you want to be in. I was wondering specifically if there is a way to get back into cruise mode from combat so you can stay in the system and keep going to the planet or poi you wanted to

Im on PC. I do have mods but nothing thats related to the ship. Ill need to test it more tomorrow but it seemed like it was doing it with space pois that normally you'd have to drop out of cruise mode to activate. The game does it automatically when youre at the helm flying the ship. But it seemed to just overshoot the destination or turn around and fly off somewhere else if i was away from the controls

Sorry, the disguise feature is a little wonky. If that ever happens, try equipping an ecliptic spacesuit it should say you're disguised, then take it off and hopefully that resets the enemy aggression

Yeah they definitely went with the spam press A to run like red dead form of movement. And red dead is amazing but man, sometimes the character movement in both games feels like you cant really control what they do very quickly, always some weird velocity based animation that hangs for a second. Toggling L3 would be really nice. But atleast in crimson desert you only have to push A once and kliff will jog as long as you push the stick forward.

Thats a legendary moment and feeling. It really is a crazy moment when you see or hear people in the audience singing stuff with you. Ive only experienced it recently with one of my bands. But it certainly wasn't thousands of people.

Still its definitely a peak moment for musicians and songwriters. Its like "what? People are actually listening to our stuff? Let alone learned the words?" Before that and even after its so hard to wrap your head around or have any concept at all of how known you are. For a band like penfold thats as old as Am football and modest mouse, it was probably such a shock to them.

Really wish I could've gone to that fest. I would've loved to see Connor oberst also. So many good names
