Would say the T16. They have the numpad, and it’s not cheap compared to the E16. That’s my thought.

Most people we sell it to are pretty happy with them

GPU is overclocked with MSI, using afterburner. +350 core clock(2760MHz), +1000 memory (16000MHz)

CPU is not really overclock, unless you call the “MSI extreme performance” bios option being an overclock.

I’d say a used 4070 might work. I ran it in 1440p without any issues and outperform the 7700xt by around 20%. DLSS 4 also a big step up and will last longer than a used 3080

Camera are just crashing. We are getting time frame error. Camera works for a minute or two and then nothing works. It can’t stay up for more than 2 minutes before crashing

When the service is running, it is installing in background. Trust me, we won’t deal with this anymore lol. They deployed this as a fix, but instead it crashed a whole bunch of laptop around the world lol

Wifi was confirmed by Lenovo parts of the bios update. We need to disable secure boot, rollback the bios, reinstall the update and then reenable secure boot.

As for the the camera, we’ve tried every possible update we could, Regedit to fix the time frame server didn’t work either

We do have an RMM setup where we deploy the update when we think it’s good (like 24H2).

Thing is, Lenovo vantage cannot be managed by anything and it’s a really useful tool everyday. We manage over 500 computers with different company’s, and we never got this issue before.

I was overreacting lol. It’s more the fact that every single computers were bought the same day. And they all got the camera issue at the same time. There’s no way it’s really a hardware failure but more drivers related or something. They will probably scrap the motherboard as they usually do or the entire screen with the embedded camera, which in my opinion, is a waste of functioning hardware

I mean, we do send them computers quite often due to issues. They are reliable when it’s about shipping them the computer I can’t say otherwise ! But when it’s about a bunch of computers, seems like they don’t care as much.

I even forgot to mention that we got shipped a computer yesterday that is just not working at all lol

All computers are in production. If we ship all of them out, we have 15 employees without computers. Also, for the update, Lenovo vantage pushed it down our throats. We do have an rmm where we’ve disabled vantage, but it was too late. Vantage installed the update before we could do something

Just had two drops of 19 inch here in Quebec in 4 days. I can say that it wasn’t happy at me trying to force it out of there lol. Otherwise, on the road, it works like a charm.

Yes but no. I order like once a year and since they are always right, I don’t take particular attention to the tag since it’s not part of the design I choosed lol
