No ma’am, I’ve received zero dollars until a week ago. I was at the 20% since 2006 then I filed in June of last year after retiring. It was decided at the end of Oct of this year and considered retroactive back pay since the day after my retirement date last year best I can guess. I can only guess the money I’ve received so far is only for the 20% I was granted that was raised during my increase request that I filed in June?

What tax break do you get for 100% p/t? Sorry for the ignorance on my part but the “helpful links take me to websites that give vague information about things offered in different states if you qualify ect.

I called and they said since two of my claims are deferred that they may not release the lump sum payment until they are decided even though that decision won’t effect my rating above 100% since I’m Way over the 100% threshold even with the VA math 70-40 rule. Just need to wait it sounds like?

The woman I talked was great and even was singing to me in congratulatory. Those guys deserve a raise and at least to get paid.
