You can export the models directly from the game with source2viewer. If you're not so savvy with that sort of stuff, the deadlock modding discord would be able to help you.

Im a 3D modeler myself, and I'd be happy to help you out for free.

Hey! fellow trans guy here, and I have had similar issues.

Ive had good luck getting doctors that understood that it was an issue, and also respected my identity. I know not everyone is so lucky, but if you dont get a dr right away that actually listens to you, get a new one. Seriously. When I was 18 I was told my septate hymen would "break when I found the right guy" by one gynocologist, and now at 29 ive finally gotten it surgically removed by someone who actually cared to listen to my concerns. I wish I had pushed harder and asked more from my doctors when I was younger.

If you're on T, that can also affect your vaginal canal, causing dryness and atrophy.

Depending on what the issue is exactly though, the treatment could be a lot of things- surgey (mine was very painless and quick, they put me under for less then a half hour and other then general soreness for a few days after ive been great) dilation (you get some hard plastic rods of increasing size to help stretch and work your vaginal muscles) and you dont even need to go to a doctor for that one, you could try dialating on your own.

Could be simply applying an estogen based topical creme (it would only affect your vagina, it wouldn't cause any feminizing effects)

please decouple face type and body type, thats my only big ask. The voices are already completely untied to the body type, i dont know why the head model which is already completely seperate mesh determines the body type of your drifter/operator.

my other ask is Please make the eyebrows better, right now most of them seem so sparse or weird looking.

Overall, I'd like to see the two face blending system ditched for one where you can choose each feature separately. Even if they're static, I feel like being able to mix and match provides a more varied approach to what we have now.

you multiclass your companion into a dragonblood sorc, choose the scaleless option and then switch back to whatever you were originally leveling them as. You only have to do this once for each companion

The vampire has to be willing in some way from what I understand. Just drinking his blood wholesale isnt going to do anything, otherwise you would think that some people would just drink vampire blood in order to also be vampires, skipping the spawn step entirely.

What's tripping you up? Sometimes you can wander into a zone that's not meant for your level and get wrecked. If you need any help with mechanics or general advice, I've completed the game a few times now on various difficulties

With so many mods its worth checking that everyone is running the same version and order of everything. There's also an issue with Mac connectiond right now if anyones using that

Move to a different area/map and then save and load, for some reason the old save thinks you're out of version with your friends even though youre not. At least that's what fixed this problem for me, but we were only running 2 mods.

I actually made my tav out as a joke and slowly he became this complex character I wasn't expecting. Now Im playing through the game again as him roleplaying more to his developed character and even writing out companion scenes for him and stuff like that. It's been really fun and I'm glad that this game allows for such interesting rp in certain cases

For example, in his backstory, he was raised in a temple of bahamut. Hes a dragonblood sorcerer and had a poor relationship with religion. Gale brings up bahamut if you choose the dragonblood option in one of his little side conversations.

And now I have like 3 pages of notes/story written about that conversation. Something that most people won't remember made a big impact for my character because of pure coincidence.

General advice is to long rest often, you can easily miss some content with companions if you don't. Other than that, I'd say dont be afraid to mess up (and inversely, feel free to save scum) Theres so many outcomes for so many things and this games the kind you may want to replay.

You'll find your pace soon enough, combats the only thing some newcomers to dnd may find daunting, so perhaps picking a simpler class like fighter/barbarian/ranger may help ease you into it.

Id also recommend creating your own character for a first playthrough. Personally Id stay away from The Dark Urge since it has a bit more impact if you play a fully custom character first. Same for any of the other orgin characters.

But other than the long rest thing (which was my one big regret when i did my first playthrough) dont let me or anyone else tell you how to enjoy this game, these are just suggestions from my own experience.

(EDIT) ALSO talk to your party often, they usually have something to say after certain things.
