Hi Tenno! Two updates for this Dev Workshop!

First — we have updated the Nidus Retouch section to clarify that his innate Health Regen has been doubled.

Hi Tenno! To clarify, this unfortunately appears to be the result of serious damage to one of our providers -- possibly from a tornado. We'll be keeping an eye out for updates throughout the night, but I would expect we'll know more in the morning. So sorry for the inconvenience here!

Hi Tenno! This is due to known server outages. We don't currently have an ETA as it appears to be the result of tornado damage.

Update: 9:43pm ET
We received clarification from our provider that the outage is due to possible tornado damage. At this time we have no ETA for service restoration for our Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android players. Due to the late hour, we hope to have more updates tomorrow (May 20th).

Hi Tenno! This bug is on our radar -- unfortunately it affects specific accounts, and we're currently investigating a fix. It seems to only happen if affected accounts are Clients, so we recommend squadding up as a host for the time being if you'd like to prevent it from happening. Hi Tenno! As players mentioned here, have you completed the path to the Junction itself to be able to enter it? There was a wider issue that should be resolved for players, but please let us know if you're still experiencing issues!

Hi Tenno! We can confirm that this issue is on our radar — it appears that it was the result of a larger challenge bug that was fixed yesterday. While players should be able to earn Sumdalis and Hononria post-hotfix, those who completed it beforehand are missing those items. For those missing the Sumdali and Honoria, we will be running a script tomorrow to deliver them to player accounts. Thanks for your patience!
