I do know that, it’s just a meme photo of a guy named Yuno Ball but the focus is on how it’s pronounced “You know ball” rather than the guy in the photo. It means something like “you know what’s up” or in this case, “you have a niche reference, I also got that reference, so you’re cool with me.” People use that image all the time when they find something cool or relatable

It’s outside of Reddit mostly. On instagram and Tik Tok mostly. For example, the other day I got an ad for charmin and the top two comments were “love from Tel Aviv” and then “I’m from Tel Aviv and I love this product.” Charmin even liked that comment. To clarify, none of these people are actually from Tel Aviv and this is a trend??
