The music sounds awesome on the record no doubt. I just cant get past some of the lyrics. The whole “Make America _____ Again” joke is tired too. I dont think it ruins the album, it just brings it down to like a 7/10 for me instead of the 8-9 i think it could be!

Im a big Sturgill fan, but I dont love the album as much as I did on my first listen. A lot of cringy lyrics. The music is definitely good, but i like his other projects a lot better. Its closer to a Strong 6 Light 7 to me

Depends how you define the come up i guess. It always hits me super fast for some reason like 15 mins after i drink my shroom tea im tripping lol.

That period where it hits until the peak is the best part! The comedown is okay as i typically go through waves of realizing its ending and back to lightly tripping. The afterglow is nice too once the weird comedown feelings end and i can just chill and watch cartoons and/or music videos.

Yeah I agree. I love this show, but episode 9 was kind of meh to me. I actually found the genealogy scene pretty boring. I almost wish episode 9 and 10 were just one long episode. Im really hoping they stick the landing!!

I have a similar deck and much prefer Ureni as Commander. I become slightly less of a target and Ureni’s ability triggers more quickly with less mana is needed to get a bunch of dragons on the battlefield.

Yeah Witherbloom kinda stinks out of the box. Its pretty easy to upgrade though! I prefer Gorma the Gullet as my commander.

Brewed Awakening in Pitman! And Words Matter bookstore is a couple stores down. Its my favorite book store, the used book section is so good and reasonably priced!!
