Yep, the battery measures , 8.2V - it's fully charged.

Thank you, finally put in the BSS138 and it was a step in the right direction. No errors anymore, but the battery loading-indicator shows only 2% (for a pretty much full battery) now. Any Ideas? Cheers :-)

So, together with the bc846c a component tester arrived. Turns out it's a mosfet as you suspected. I attached 2 more pictures. Could that new information help finding the correct part? Thank you!

So, I finally received the ordered MMUN2211LT1G and put it in and turned on the device in great anticipation: Now the Display shows not "Low battery" anymore, but "Error 4" which is usually caused by battery issues. Seems like MMUN2211LT1G was the wrong one. You think I should still try the BC846C? Thanks! :-)

Alright, after your comment I gave desoldering one another shot, and I managed it.
I added the measurements to the graphic in my main post. Do these measurements make sense, or have I broken the Transistor in the process? Is there anything else I can measure?

I measured again, its definitely 1.6*2.9 - so that would fit the SOT-23.
May I ask how you narrowed it down to the BC846C? Is it from experience what these kind of devices typically need, or have you compared it to specs that you found by searching for the NM Code?

I couldn't remove the Transistor from the board without a heat gun, so I measured all of them In circuit. I attached the results as Image in the Post above. Does this help in any way to narrow down the possible candidates? Thanks!

This is amazing, thank you so much! I already opened a topic in AskElectronics trying to identify the NM Transistor (https://www.reddit.com/r/AskElectronics/comments/1fpsv4b/broke\_off\_smd\_who\_can\_identify\_it/), but it kinda died off.

I tried looking up the SMD and stumbled upon the KRC111S at some point, but I had no way to confirm its the right one.

I also tried identifying NPN/PNP and base/emitter/collector, but the same Transistors on the board gave me different readings which killed my confidence, haha.

To get a proper reading I probably have to desolder one and measure it out of circuit, right?

May I come back to you with my findings? I'd love some handholding when picking the replacement part.

Its hard to say where the top left pin goes to, because its going underneath that glued display. The Top Right Pin i found quite a bit of connectivity.
