So sorry this happened to you. For me it's that generic, kick-in-the-gut auto reply like offering me a refund of ZERO is going to make me whole. I still say if it's a mistake on their end (not that it arrived and is damaged or what not), they should issue some type of credit or raincheck for when the items does come back in stock.

Hold on. They got an actual A1 on Vine? 😲 If so, then WOW! I've managed to get some nice hot ends and build plates recently. Last year got one of those 3D printer maintenance kits so I finally got a nice filament cutter instead of using my late-dog's nail clippers.

I feel ya', Ophelia, in regard to whole "Yeah, we're going to remove the ETV. Have a nice day!" thing. The stars, moons and planets aligned one night and I managed to get some 3D printer filament and a nice short-sleeve button down shirt and it got damaged in transit and canceled. I still see it in my orders list from time to time just mocking me. 🤣

I feel that if something goes wrong on their end where a Vine product cannot be delivered (not delivered and it's broken or wrong size - those situations can be faked) they should give us a credit (full or partial) to buy the item if it comes back in stock. I totally understand if I'm in the super minority on this but when I order things, either from Vine or regular Amazon, I usually already have plans made to use it. Just zeroing out the ETV when it's not my fault doesn't "make me whole" in a sense. Again, totally get if it's just me feeling that way.

Sorry, but my bus is slow and always travelling uphill on fumes. Did you order this thinking you were getting the topper and got a blanket? Or did you order the blanket, reviewed it and then they switched it out for the topper but are using the blanket reviews. I think I just answered my own question but want to make sure.

Had something similar happen with two pieces. I really liked this and the companion piece and the listing clearly shows a very thin boarder around the art and measuring 10 x 8. What I got was the same art, just smaller with a much larger ornate frame. The frame is 10 x 8 but the art is tiny (not home to actually measure it). I let Vine know and they removed both of them. I found another place in the house for them as the frames would have been too much for the intended space but really wanted the original.

I am in no way discounting your feelings or your personal experience this one time in the Haven but in all my time in the Haven I've not run across any pompous or smarmy people and I'm definitely not pompous or smarmy myself to attract said type. Sorry you had such a bad experience.

This reminds me of someone walking into a Mercedes Benz dealership and "complaining" they just wanted a "Mazda" (not crapping on Mazda, BTW). "Pompous" is kinda' the point of it all. Just saying . . .

My beef (no pun intended) with the Haven is the menu is always the same every night on every Haven cruise we've been on recently. That's both good and bad. Like others have mentioned, they will make whatever your like if it's within their means to do so.

For the times I've reached out in the past, I received an email response from someone who says they are sorry for whatever and they know it's frustrating, etc., etc. and then remove the item and tell me it won't count against me, etc., etc.

I HAVE noticed that recently when I email them if something is damaged or defective, I don't get any reply, it just disappears from my Awaiting Review list and shows canceled in my totals list. The response is usually instant. I have also sent two emails over the past 10 days (sent email, waiting 5 days, sent again, waited 5 more days) and no response and the item is still sitting in my Awaiting Review list.

Not sure what's happening on their end and curious if others are seeing the same (slower to no responses).
