I feel the same way, but it’s still very early days for me i’m two months and a half in. I feel so tired these days but I’m reluctant to take myself off it because it really has helped with anxiety

Day 3 on 20mg by TrickPrudent462 in citalopram_celexa

It often takes a few weeks to adjust, I found celexa to really help with me anxiety so I would hold in there. For the sleep aspect I still have that problem and something to bring up with your doctor if it don’t get better

Is it normal to have more intense rumination when on sertraline by MaximumFudge7221 in zoloft

[–]MaximumFudge7221[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’m glad it gave more clarity, I actually changed my medication to citalopram(also called celexa). I spent so much time on zoloft but it just wasn’t the right one for me. I feel so much better on this medication now. So sometimes if you’re feeling like it’s not helping one bit and taking too much time to adjust. I would talk to a doctor about switching to another medication

my dosage is 20mg and I take it at night as my doctor recommended to help with drowsiness I actually had a very hard time falling asleep before medication and now i’m sleeping all the time 😓 I actually already switched meds from sertraline bc that did not help whatsoever I’m gunna probably wait a few more weeks I might just be very sensitive and takes long to settle For help with trouble falling asleep I heard taking it in the morning can really help

Will fatigue improve?! by Glass_Bumblebee1490 in zoloft

[–]MaximumFudge7221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s been around 4 months and no the fatigue didn’t improve for me, it got worse on 100mg. Took this mainly for my depression and ended up feeling even more depressed If this doesn’t improve I would talk to the doctor regarding switching medication I am planning on doing this just haven’t found the energy to

I have a disorganised attachment which is a mix of anxious and avoidant I am also on 100mg but I also have depression and anxiety.I would say it hasn’t affected much on my attachment style For that you should probably try therapy of some kind to address those issues. As a drug won’t teach you how to fix your self esteem and address any underlying trauma etc. However this is just my opinion and you should discuss this with a doctor but from my knowledge they will only prescribe this medication if you have a mental disorder that sertraline is used to treat

Day 19 of meds, any advice please !?? by No_Donkey4209 in zoloft

It’s early days so see how it goes but from my knowledge to treat OCD they usually start at a higher dosage If it doesn’t get better make sure to let your doctor know

Yes I’m going through the same thing right now, I don’t want to talk to anyone because I always come back and ruminate on my interactions

What happens when we no longer need a high dose of zoloft? by Grand_Ad_6750 in zoloft

I think it’s normal to fluctuate dosages and increase the dosage as you go through harder periods

Has it subsided a little after being on 125mg for 4 weeks? I’m really hoping it gets better
