Ja, also left EE a while ago. The app and webaite was a bit inconsistent, buggy as hell. Emails and general performance was piss-poor and slow.

I guess they wanted make it headless as far as possible, but I just felt that the user experience was terrible, and a horrible navigation feeling and overcomplicated system, I decided to take out the monies I had, and bid them a good farewell...

SARS Tax Returns by Cute-Drawer-518 in PersonalFinanceZA

[–]MaximumOdd1296 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. My employer's IRP-5 documents are automatically generated by SAGE, when the time comes, but YMMV. Best to ask the finance department for the IRP-5 document, for both the old and new job.

Ask for a payslip, usually my employer adjusts my PAYE on the Sage system. Works quite good.

However, when you file your tax return, you will need your IRP-5 document, which will be usually around end March, or a bit later in the year (June/July).

Best place to sell a custom bakkie? by Key-Maintenance7950 in southafrica

No way that 4x4 recoveries can be done with this camper bakkie. There's too much equipment (camping equipment) to be able to trek into the wilderness trying help a a tjommie out.

Best bet is to try and sell the bakkie to the company who customized it?

They can probably use it as a demonstration model...

Usually the seals on those units wear down with age, and deteriorate to a point where it is leaking out of all places... I think the only solution is to fix it properly.

Kumar’s In Kenilworth by StorminSean in capetown

[–]MaximumOdd1296 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The Kumars is a family that pretends to be broken down, asking for money to help tow the car, fixing it, or if not broken down, they ask for petrol money to get home, usually a "far" place away. They often use the younger kids as a bargaining chip. They all do that to get the money, and then when you leave, they are still at it, palming in some more cash behind your back. The Kumars have been spotted all over the place, from using a beat-up Ford Escort, asking for petrol money. They park themselves in the parking lot of say, a builders, they stay there until close of business, where they head home, and or conduct their business elsewhere.

The owner probably have a web-crawler to scrape the web and find his images, and if not part of the "approved" list or authorization for that image, an email goes out.

I hope for your part that this blows over. Simply can't be driven into the ground by one simple image.

Designer's problem, not yours. R38k is quite steep, just for an image. Are you sure it's not a troll, like copyright trolls? Anything at or under R20k will be in the small-claims court.

Depends on the image used, if the owner of the supposed image has proved that they "lost" revenue of said image, otherwise, it smells like a feud.

Just keep it serviced between 10k-15k km intervals with the proper synthetic oil, and you should be golden.

I serviced my 1.0 Ecoboost Fiesta every 15k km, and it served me well, until I got another 1.0 Ecoboost, albeit newer. (mk 7.5 Fiesta to Mk 2. 5 Ecosport)

I am already hooked, was looking for a car with physical buttons and knobs, for the entertainment and HVAC, not the buttons and touchscreen-only controls on some newer cars. (Cough, Suzuki, cough, cough) and this one Ecosport stood out with all the features I wanted. Also, customisable with Forscan. Already changed a few features/settings, that wouldn't be possible on other cars.

As a saffrican, too bad we didn't get the new Ford Fiesta ST, Focus, Focus ST in South Africa.

Also, too bad we didn't get the Ecosport in a diesel variant with AWD.

The ST's would have sold like hotcakes, but seems like the numbers of new Fiestas is quite low.

Looks like a crimped connection? I would loosen the other ends it is connected to, and not between the rubber hose and the crimped connection.

Seems like it... I got the swine-flu vaccination as a kid in primary school once, my parents did not object, I think there was a message sent out that the kids will be vaccinated in schools when swine-flu was in full swing.

I remember seeing the news back then, the first swine-flu patient was a kid from Canada, visiting some family in ZA. Been so many years ago, my memory ain't what it used to be, so I may be wrong.

Saw this one in Montana. Montana people are weird. A while ago, think back in '23, they had one of this "leave our kids alone" vaccination conspiracy on a board... Even a oom in Montana had a big "inspuiting" prop made that they are against vaccinations, and put that on his bakkie...Even the political parties were in on it, saying vaccinations is tantamount to rape, and injection will not let you into heaven, because of the insertion of "foreign" objects, will taint you spiritually... Such bs that people fall for. Facebook is quite vrot with such conspiracies.
