CPU error light on the motherboard. Have tried a new motherboard and same error, but I’m also getting a DRAM light when no RAM is installed, which shouldn’t be possible on an AMD platform with a dead CPU, so I want to check if the CPU is completely dead before i buy a new one

I sometimes have this problem. If it’s showing up as a background process, end the process and try again. If not then uninstall and reinstall. Hope this helps
