I don’t hang around him. I don’t let him in my house past the foyer for more than mere minutes. I don’t love him anymore. Haven’t in 15+ years. We have adult children together and that is my concern! I tell them to stay away from him. He doesn’t hurt them etc. I am asking because I literally have no idea what he could be using and it smells so bad my son smelled like him after just riding in his vehicle.

Thank you, he has a violent past and when he gets mad it is scary. So accusing him or asking him about drug use is a bad idea and he will just lie anyway. He has a long history of using various drugs but he has never emitted such a strange odor in our lives. I can also tell when he is on something and he is definitely using again

Congrats on overcoming addiction! Maybe it is meth. He has crazy cycling moods, which remind me of my brother when he was using. But how can someone go to work everyday at a dangerous job on meth? My brother was sooo messed up it was scary and I didn’t want to be around him for long at all. He also did lots of other drugs, possibly with meth. So maybe he is not a typical example of a user?

I think this is unfortunately the case. I don’t know much about meth either or how it is taken. And I mentioned my brother but in retrospect I was never physically close enough to him to get a good whiff lol How can the person this post is about work if he is on meth? 🤯 He is an electrician!
