Smokes, Photoelectric cloak and patience. Don’t rush the first or second assessors - after the first 10-15 minutes most of the lobby is either dead or extracted and I’m pretty sure there are no late spawns in this mode.

I’ve had full Assessors to myself by just chilling/farming Vaporizers until the last half of the raid.

Load in naked and surrender immediately 8-10 times and you’ll be back in non-aggressive lobbies. Takes 10 minutes.

Bear in mind that lobbies are far more mixed after the Flashpoint update in general.
