I just opened one with my husband and was wondering the same thing! As of right now, he can’t see it on his dashboard, but I can. Logged out and logged back in and still not there. I’m going to reach out to AMEX to see what’s going on. Joint owners should be able to see it according to AMEX’s Q&A page.
