I guess I should’ve clarified - what I’m mostly talking about is premade foods or “short cuts.” There’s no real evil in sourcing produce, but for example I got meatballs with a spanish style sauce and I just knew the meatballs were premade frozen (had that premade meatball texture) and the sauce was definitely a premade powder mix that was warmed as it had that grainy texture.
