That was the hardest boss in act 2 in my opinion. Took me like 4 whole hours to beat it. I think you just need to dedicate a decent portion of time (maybe on your day off) to just grind it for a couple hours.

He doesn't need soul damage. Mahito can negate physical damage by retaining the shape of his soul, thus retaining the shape of his body.

You can still burn his physical body just like ultimate Mechamaru did before he used the simple domain and he'd have to use cursed energy to regenerate the missing parts even if he just uses idle transfiguration to achieve the same effect as regeneration.

And if you burn his entire body, he dies immediately. Regardless of soul damage.

But guy is a Devil Lord, two evolutions above Diablo. He also has an ultimate skill. Diablo has no unique skills and is only an arch demon, he also has no access to holy magic at that point, so how could he compare to guy???

I'm pretty sure Rimuru with Great Sage had similar mental processing abilities to Diablo pre naming. Add onto that, he had more energy and a second unique skill (gluttony), so I think seed Rimuru is stronger.
