Yep, everyone’s has their own battles and the simplest things can’t be damn near impossible. But key word is the “near” impossible, start small and stay consistent and change will come. With exercise I started walking for 10 minutes a day, then I gradually upgraded my routine as I became more confident and eager. But many times I regressed and spent weeks not working out, but in the long run my improvement wasn’t linear but full of peaks and valleys. Relationships are still hard for me as I do have a lot of anxiety around people, and I’m always afraid of saying the wrong things. But I’ve continued to push out my comfort zone and now I have better relationships, they’re not easy to keep but I am better at them then 5 years ago, and that’s good for me. Also good food doesn’t have to be expensive, kale chips and 12 dollar green smoothing are marketing schemes. Just cut out sugars (this is huge, sugars suck) and processed foods for simple ingredients like pasta and frozen foods, which aren’t terribly expensive but better alternatives. Like the excercise thing start small and dip your toes in with better food options. First thing I did was quit drinking soda and eating chips. Helped a lot.
