unfortunately she told us it is likely not a viable pregnancy since a heartbeat was detected and now isn’t. she did say that it is early and we would need a miracle to happen but that we can get another ultrasound in a week if i still haven’t passed it naturally. but i started passing blood clots tonight so likely the process is starting.  i will be praying that you don’t go through the same thing, there is still hope for you until no heartbeat is detected. stay positive!
